2011

2011, a year of new beginnings, a year to forget our past failures and seek to correct what we've made a mess of. A year to forgive, forget and encourage positive thinking and righteous actions, its the dawning of a new era and birth of a new age, remember, its not fortuitous that we're alive today.............success

FRIENDSHIP

People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime.
When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person.
When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed.
They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally or spiritually.

They may seem  God-sent and they are.
They are there for the reason you need them to be.
Then, without any wrongdoing on your part or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end.

Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away.
Sometimes they act up and force you to take a stand.
What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done.
The prayer you sent up has been answered and now it is time to move on.

Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow or learn.
They bring you an experience of peace or make you laugh.
They may teach you something you have never done.
They usually give you an unbelievable amount of joy.Believe it, it is real.

But only for a season.  LIFETIME relationships teach you lifetime lessons,
things you must build upon in order to have a solid emotional foundation.
Your job is to accept the lesson, love the person and put what you have learned to use in all other

Relationships and areas of your life.
It is said that love is blind but friendship is clairvoyant.

Thank you for being a part of my life, whether you were a reason, a season or a lifetime

YESTERDAY,TOMORROW....and TODAY

The journey is our goal, our path is the point...

There are two days in every week we should never worry about,

Two days that should be kept free from fear and apprehension.

One is YESTERDAY,with its mistakes and cares, its aches and pains, its faults and blunders.

Yesterday has passed forever beyond our control.

All the money in the world cannot bring back yesterday.

We cannot undo a single act we performed, nor ease a single world we have said,

Yesterday is gone.the other day we should not worry about is TOMORROW with its impossible adversaries,

Its burdens, its hopeful promise n unknown performance.

Tomorrow is beyond our control.Tomorrow's sun will rise either in splendor

or behind a mask of clouds......

but it will rise....and until it does.We have no stake in tomorrow, for it is as yet unborn.

This leaves us with TODAY!

Anyone can fight the battles of just one day.

Its only when we add the burdens of yesterday n tomorrow that we break down.

It is not today's experience that drives people mad...

It is the remorse of bitterness for something that happened yesterday,

and the dread of what tomorrow may bring.

Make TODAY the best day it can be,and live one day at a time!

success "what is success"

"Try not to become a man of success but rather try to become a man of value."

The best definition I have come of success is: "Success is the completion of anything intended." In other words success is finishing what you planned to do.

The above definition of success shines a light on failure and success. Make a plan and follow it and you will have succeeded. Make a plan and do not follow it and you will have failed.

This gives a yard stick for judging every day of our lives. We can say at the end of the day "I have failed" or "I have succeeded."

This may seem very obvious but it is amazing that only about 85% of the human race end up doing what they intended.

I asked several people what they thought success was. One person said that "Success is making loads of money." Another said that success is "Achieving your goals".

Some one else said that success is "Fulfilling your potential". An interesting answer was that success is "Making others jealous".

"The biggest secret of success in life is: You don't have to get it right; you just have to get it going. Perfectionism can kill success.

We never get going because we are always waiting to get everything just right. Instead, let's get going."

poet about india shining

Is india shining,Yes india is shining…its on a roll…

Dal-100 rupaye kilo

Payaj-50rs kilo

Chini-40rupayee kilo

Is this our goal?

Ufcourse u will say we r developing fast but at the cost of r pride and soul……

still INDIA is shining…in spite of global recession we r growing by over 7-8% per year.our companies have been buying out Cos in Europe and other parts. Some of us have also earned gold medals in the international sports events. We have been launching new satellites..that to 10 satellites at a time… a world record.we now plan to send our pax to moon…..we have a tough stand on nuclear programs and do not get intimated by the big daddy U.S.

so where is the problem…unfortunately everywhere.

The die hard patriots will hate me for writing this and so will the bhartiya Indians.we in india a lot of amazing peoplewho display the highest standards of social insentivity. As if the world is just “me”. And my priorities and my place and my life.rest everyone is and everything i-just does not matter or on a modest note: go to hell.

We all have a high self esteem about india.being the SONE KI CHIRDIA, the golden bird from istory that dates back to 5000 years.

The tourists r told about our culture that is nery tolerant and forgiving .we are god fearing …absouletly…that is why we can pitch tents in the middle of a highway,or a well maintained park, next to a hospital or for that matter any damn place and host the most celebrated.JAGRATA.

The shpw off of ur money power and it also shows how religious you are.

Organizing a jagrata is ur ticket to block roads ,eat away parkig lots destroy public property in order to make stage, steal electricity from electric poles, draw water from municipal lines and at the end of the jagrata-we leave behind nothing but a scene like a dumping ground, plastics bags glasses paper plates,,left oves stacked with plastics for the cows to feast on the prashadam,a road with holes that will catalyse the cracks during monsoon……well who cares after all we are a tolerant culture.tolerent is the word.try questioning anyone about things like why did u park the car here….well answer from the main is a very tolerant one..tere baap ki jagah hai kya?

The reality is far from thegreat india.things out here r in very volatile state .we as a society must be amongst the most divided societies in the world.i don’t blame the people for it.it’s the history that has brought this catastrophe.if u look back in our history you will find that there was no INDIA-the india we know was a collection of various kingdoms with their own ways and styles.hatred was default for the neighbors.tihs went on till british came and slimily consolidated this zig-saw puzzle of morden india ggeography…….

INDIA TOOK BIRTH UNDER THE RULE OF BRITISHERS>

Not to raise eyebrows –all r history and historical wealth was documented and excavated by the britishers.our people were busy with our culture and resonates to SAB CHALTA HAI

It’s the people from other countries who for centuries have been adopting our arts dances, languages and trying hard to conserve them….but we just dn pride in our own things………!

We shamelessly display social apathy.the other day I was wondering in market…I thought about the ability of our women to hold there pee for a whole day…or perhaps women do not pee in india when theygo to public places….but men require a tree, bush, parked trucks,a wall or just ignore it when they do attitude…and they will do it anywhere.i have seen them doing it in most unimaginable places.

Why can’t we find a descent toilet for men and women more often in this country ?it is quite shameful, but the statement again “sab chalet hai.”

Ihave to come to the conclusion that w don’t take pride in our work and do not believein an imaaculate approach and perfection of our duties and work.i must say that we really have a laid back attitude..and an attitude to order others to do our dirty jobs.

We all love the assistance that we get from various domestic help.thanks to unemployment and a huge population..the kaam wali bai,our drivers the cook, the baby sitter……..

How can we manage without them

In our systems e are the ones to the dirty act…and then deman the government to clean it for us.or we expect someone else to clean my dirt.i am surprised as to how will these people manage if they were to settle in developed countries.their houses will be like pig shacks!enough of these mentioning our culture.!

I see people fighting on petty things like space on roads whike driving, trying to get inside a metro in delhi, before the ones who r in queue or expecting the waiter to serve them before the others.everywhere there is a rush to get ahead…..but ahead where???...

You stand in a queue to buy your tickets and the person behind literally leans on you….as if the 5inch gap will be taken by someone else.i am forced to ask if they were gays…..i have no privacy or my personal space.and the best is now we have learnt the word sorry……and use it left right and even centre without even thinking what it means.\

The virtue of honesty and truth-that forms the backbone of our much advertised culture is missing from the very land.cheating each other is a normal phenomenon.

I have a ton loads of such tru stories that bullish the very culture that we boast of. Secular sovereign,democratic..please read the matrimonial…..and you will come to get a peek into your mindset as a society as large. We are all looking fair ,convent educated, homely, well behaved, high character-read virgin-though this is not mentioned but there are serious under currents of it……

Women still have to struggle to keep their career and homes.career oriented women are often blamed for broken homes.its good for them to follow a career, but as soon as she gets married-everything changesher house parents priorities and even her dreams.she is now the property of someone else…

We are a country where the general well being of citizens, and development of social facilities, free schools, colleges more hospitals etc-is still a thing to talk on news and the priority still is raising ststues, buildings parks, sanctioning schemes where in a huge commission could be gained in kickbacks.pathetic is the word that describes the situation, but we are a very CULTURALLY STRONG COUNTRY and we forgive, the crippled social system has made people to behave like escapists.they work earn and grow only in their personal domains and shut their eyes to anything that should not be happening around them. SAB CHALTA HAI.EVERYTHING IS OK.
